Instructor: Phyllis Bailey
Instructor's Bio: Phyllis Bailey holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Kentucky and an MS in education administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Brazil and as an exchange teacher in Puerto Rico. Bailey taught Spanish for 33 years and was chair of the World Language Department at Central High School. She also taught algebra and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). Bailey has studied in Mexico, Spain, and France and has traveled extensively.
