Instructor: Joseph N. Cappella
Instructor's Bio: Joseph N. Cappella is an Emeritus Professor of communication at the University of Pennsylvania. He has taught graduate and undergraduate courses at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Annenberg School for Communication at Penn. His research has focused on persuasion and the effects of message strategies in public health and political communication. He is a Fellow of the International Communication Association (ICA) and its past president, a distinguished scholar of the National Communication Association, and recipient of ICA’s Mentorship Award.
