Instructor's Bio: Cheri Micheau earned her PhD in educational linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1990. She has taught graduate courses in educational linguistics and language at West Chester University, Drexel OLLI at Temple University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Micheau has coached teachers of English as a second language (ESL) in the Philadelphia School District. Her teaching experience also includes K–12 ESL in Upper Merion and Philadelphia, as well as German instruction in York, Pennsylvania, and at the Frankfurt International School in Germany.
