The formation of Sciences and Engineering students in Math Education is of big importance since it is the base of their professions and they use mathematics for everything they do. Moreover, most of them decide to keep forward with their formation in a MSc or a PhD program, and then Mathematics becomes in a vital part for a successful accomplishment posgrade studies.

For this reason, we make an effort to acquire didactic techniques in teaching Mathematics in order to contribute in the formation of human resources capable to serve to society, either by exercising their professions or contributing in research on Science and Engineering.

This is the spirit of this special session on Math Education in the frame of the MDSC 2023.
