Baltazar Aguirre Hernández was born in Mexico City, Mexico in 1966. He got the title of mathematician in 1993 at the Facultad de Ciencias, UNAM. In 1995 he obtained the Master's Degree in Sciences in CINVESTAV, IPN, and his Doctor Degree was obtained in 1998 at UAM-I. Nowadays he is a member of the SNI, Level 2, and he works at UAM-I. His research interest is the Stability of Polynomials, The existence of Limit Cycles, the Theory of Bifurcations, and the Polynomial Approach for the study of chaotic systems.
