New Student - Melinda

Today, I am introducing you to Melinda, a new Junior at our school. She lives in Laurel and switched to Park City High school this summer. Melinda thinks that the change was a good decision because of the welcoming environment here. She describes her classmates as very nice people. Another thing that she thinks well about is the school activities outside of school, especially the things she is doing in agriculture and is going to do in the future of agriculture. She also really enjoys agriculture leadership and their projects. Melinda is not in any sports activities, but the amount of support we as a school give to our athletes fascinates her.  A subject that is new to her and that she is trying out right now is pottery. Melinda likes the creativity that you can put into our art and pottery classes at our school. Let us all give her a welcoming smile the next time we see her!
