Good hygiene starts with simple habits that help keep the body clean and healthy every single day. Brush your teeth in the morning and before bed using clean water and a toothbrush. Wash your hands after using the toilet and before eating any food. Take a shower or bath every day to remove dirt and sweat from your body. Keep your nails short and clean by trimming them often and making sure they stay free from dirt. Wear clean clothes that have been washed with soap and water. Do not share personal items like toothbrushes towels or razors with others. Use tissues or your elbow to cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. Throw away used tissues in the trash right away. Clean your living space by wiping surfaces and keeping your surroundings neat. Good hygiene helps prevent sickness and helps people feel better and stay healthy every day.
