Welcome to KUSD! As an Educational Support Professional, you are an integral part of the team in meeting the needs of each and every student. Below you will find information on the Professional Learning opportunities available to you and required online trainings.
We have put together some required asynchronous learning that ALL new KUSD employees must complete. Please complete these within 60 days of your hire date.

KUSD values professional learning for all of its employee groups and has designated three mornings for ESPs to learn new topics and grow their professional skills. The remaining dates for the 2023-2024 school year Nov. 3 and Mar. 28. Sessions will be between 8:00 - 11:30 AM.
Nov. 3, 2023: Descriptions of sessions can be found here and registration for the sessions is in Frontline through Nov. 2, 2023.
March 28, 2024: KUSD welcomes Dr. Leah Featherstone, clinical psychologist specializing in childhood trauma to speak to ESPs on working with children of trauma, after COVID.
