All Teacher devices will need to be returned to the IT Dept in order repair/upgrade/reimage starting 6/5/20**(Devices will be made available as soon as possible)

ALL DATA/PERSONAL FILES MUST BE BACKED UP BY THE USER
Teachers may back up their files to a flash drive and or Google drive. Please submit a ticket to Tech Support if you need assistance.
All devices will be reformatted and reimaged (wiped and fresh install of the operating system) ALL FILES WILL BE LOST DURING THIS PROCESS
Loaner Devices will be issued if needed. (Please submit a ticket )
REMOTE LEARNING LOANER DEVICES
Student devices that were issued as loaners will need to be returned to school by 5/27/20.
Devices will be accepted on 5/26-28 from 12PM to 2PM @ Hoover door 3
Any device that is not returned will be billed on 6/3/20
Will begin on 6/1/20 and will be cutover on 6/29/20*.
Emails from the current email system will be migrated to Gmail.
Users will be able to use the current email service up to the cutover date.
Email updates will be sent out prior to the cutover date.
A GMAIL use training will be provided prior to the cutover.
What happens when and what should I expect?
You will receive an email that the migration has begun (Informational not action needed) 6/1/20*
An email with your new Temporary password will be send to you via the email through the existing system (Keep this in a safe place)
An email will be sent when the cutover will take place. (Tentatively 6/29/20)
Cut Over- 6/29/20
You will still be able to log into the old email service but it will no longer be receiving emails.
Your current firstname.lastname@example.org Google account will drop the teachers and only be email@example.com.
