Sharon Higgins

My name is Mrs. Higgins and I am the music teacher at Cesar Chavez Elementary School in Fort Worth, Texas.   I have  been a music teacher for over twenty years, teaching middle school, high school, and elementary school.  

I  want every child to be able to sing tunefully, move competently to the beat of music, and to appreciate the emotional and artistic value of music.
