My name is Chanea Bond (pronounced Sha-Nay). My pronouns are she/her(s).

• • This is my 6th year teaching and my 2nd year at Southwest High School.

  • I have a Bachelor's Degree in English and Feminist Studies and a Masters of Education.

  • I am the mom of a rambunctious toddler who is the embodiment of joy and good energy.

  • I love teaching and I will love learning from you and your scholar.

  • You are the expert on your scholar; my job is to support you in any way I can while fostering and nurturing a love of reading, writing, and learning.

  • I am (almost) always available for questions, comments, and/or concerns.
