While Google Slides comes with a variety of pre-loaded theme options, there are also other websites where you can find more eye-catching themes. These themes can be added to your Google Drive to use in your future presentations.
There are three popular websites for finding themes, SlidesMania, Slides Carnival, and SlidesGo. Click on each button below to explore the websites and find a theme you would like to use.
When you have found a theme you like, choose the option that allows you to get or use the Google Slides Theme. It looks a little different on each site. You will either be asked to Use Template or to Make A Copy. In both cases, it will copy the file and save it in your Google Drive.
There are two different ways to then use that theme.
Go to File --> Make A Copy to copy the theme slides. This will give you a brand new version to edit without affecting the original. You can now customize each slide as you need. Copy and paste slides to keep the textboxes and extra notes if you'd like to use the same slide layout more than once.
