Jason Starnes

Bio

Hi, I am Coach Starnes. I teach math models and statistics, and I am the head baseball coach and an assistant football coach. I am from Fort Worth, and I grew up about a mile from North Side High School. I attended Fort Worth ISD schools from kindergarten until I graduated from high school, including Denver Avenue Elementary, now Rufino Mendoza, and J.P. Elder. After High School, I layed college baseball at Howard Community College and at Murray State College. I finished my B.S. in physics with a minor in math at the University of Texas at Arlington. After college, I began teaching at Polytechnic High School. This will be my 15th teaching and my 9th year at North Side.
