The Approved Provider contract milestone was due April 1, 2026. If your Approved Provider has already submitted either an executed contract or an extension on your behalf, your school system has met this milestone, and no further action is needed at this time.  

If you are still working to choose an Approved Provider and an extension has not yet been submitted, please submit this form by April 17 with the extension date you need to complete the milestone, and we can support the next steps.

We will enroll all district and campus leaders participating in LIFT in our system. We are also asking school systems to select one person to serve as the School System Initiative Lead for your district. This person will be the point of contact for LIFT with TEA. 

Here are the steps to enroll your school system’s leaders: 

Step 1: School systems and Initiative Leads enroll via the School System Enrollment portal. When enrolling, leaders will select their designated role, including the option to choose School System Initiative Lead. It is the school system’s responsibility to ensure that only one district leader selects the School System Initiative Lead role. Each leader will enter their profile information in the portal and choose their designated role. Please share this link with the district leaders in your school system so they can enroll. 

Step 2: School System Initiative Lead enrolls all campus leaders via the Campus Leader Enrollment form, available in your LIFT Google Folder. 

Step 3: After all leaders have been added, please alert your Approved Provider, and they will submit a confirmation to TEA on your behalf. 

If you need to make adjustments to your enrollment list, district leaders or your approved provider can make those changes via the School System Enrollment Portal.
