Department Overview:

My department takes part in opening, restricting and closing accounts. We also update client information so that the client can continue to invest with National Bank

My Responsibilities:

- Making sure all sensitive information is locked up at the end of the day

- Sorting the return mail between MFDO and CPMC

- Creating welcome packages

- Mailing

- Send updates on welcome package

Daily Tasks:

I typically work on welcome packages, occasionally I receive projects to complete including structuring names and addresses, updating account status etc
