Jamie (Holubecki) Dague 

Jamie Dague Holubecki graduated from Taylorville High School in 1995 and lettered 4 years in both basketball and volleyball. She continued her education and athletics at Parkland Junior College where was a member of the volleyball team for two years and earned her bachelor’s degree at Northern Illinois University.

In high school, Dague Holubecki, made an immediate impact on an already successful volleyball team. A contributor her freshman year, Jamie was a four year starter for the Tornadoes Volleyball Team. She was selected to the Mattoon Tournament All Tourney Team in 1992, 1993, and 1994. As a junior she was chosen MVP of the Decatur Eisenhower Tournament and earned All Central State 8 First Team honors in her senior year. In both her junior and senior years, Dague Holubecki was chosen team Co Captain and earned team MVP honors as a senior. She was selected to the Carlinville Tournament All Tournament First Team in 1994, and was also named WTIM “Player of the Year”, as well as to the Decatur Herald and Review All Area First Team.

As a member of the Lady Tornadoes Basketball Team, Dague Holubecki became a team leader during her sophomore year when she selected to the All Apollo Conference Team. As a junior, Jamie was selected to the Carollton Tournament All Tourney Team, team MVP and lead the team in scoring with 372 points. She was also selected to the All Central State 8 First Team, an honor she repeated her senior year. During the her senior year she again was select to the Carollton All Tournament Team , and received Special Mention on the Decatur Herald and Review All Area Team. Following her senior season, she was selected to play in the Edinburg Lions All-Star Game and the Decatur Herald and Review All Star Game.

As a member of the Parkland Junior College Volleyball team she was selected team captain in 1996, and earned ICC All - Tournament Team honors in 1996 as well as being selected to the Parkland Invitational 1996 All- tournament Team. Jamie Dague Holibecki lives in Elburn, Illinois where she teaches elementary physical education in the Kaneland 302 School District.
