Mr. Sean R. Parrish

Visual Arts/Fine Arts Department Chair

About me:

I have been teaching visual arts at Brevard High School since 1993. I am a graduate of Elizabeth City State University with a Bachelor's of Arts degree. Later I received my North Carolina Teachers license from Mars Hill University. I'm proud of how the visual arts program has grown during my time here. This community has an amazing amount of talent and I believe students just need someone to nurture that talent.

Additional to my time at BHS, I'm an adjunct professor at Brevard College. In this role I've taught the art education course for future art teachers, as well as the 2-D Design course (a requirement for art majors).
