Hello Brevard Family! It is an honor to be the Media Coordinator (Librarian) at BES! I look forward to inspiring a love for reading, teaching about various types of media and support students with critical thinking and collaboration skills! 

 This is my 10th year teaching and 8 of those years have been here at BES. I have taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade and was previously the Reading Specialist.

I am married to someone you may know (Mr. Osteen) and I have a little boy, Ezra. We have a Golden Retriever, Bella! I enjoy reading books, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. I am a huge literacy advocate and think that daily reading is a simple, yet meaningful routine to promote a love of reading!
