Welcome to 3rd Grade! My name is Kristi Clark and this is my 1st year teaching 3rd grade at Pisgah Forest Elementary. However, this is my 15th year teaching! I was born and raised in Brevard, NC. I have three children, one in college and two at BHS. I attended Brevard College where I earned my BA and then earned my MA from Appalachian State. I am also National Board Certified. My favorite thing to do is read and to spend time with my family! I look forward to a great year!

I have high expectations for 3rd graders and we work hard daily in class. Parent communication is very important to the success of your child's education. I send home a newsletter monthly and will send Dojo messages throughout the week. Please stay informed. I do not give a lot of homework because I believe it is important for all children to have family time and to play as kids. However, it is important to read at least 30 minutes each night.
