Hello! My name is Miss Hale. I graduated from Appalachian State in 2014 and began teaching second grade at PFE- my dream job as a former PFE Ranger myself! I looped to third grade with those students, and stayed for 7 years. This will be my second year teaching fifth grade!
I love spending my free time running or hiking with my pups, visiting new beaches, and running with the PFE Running Rangers!

I am excited to continue this adventure in fifth grade! I love seeing students reading for leisure and learning harder comprehension skills. Math will continue to build on skills taught in years past, and I love to teach it hands-on, keeping it interesting and engaging. Each student has his/her own Chromebook assigned to be used throughout the year, so I will be incorporating technology into our day-to-day routine.
