We are so excited that your reader will be participating in Clift Library's 12 Days of Discovery & Making featuring Capstone. The choice board is filled with books, videos and activities centered on reading, learning, creating, STEM, and more.!
There is something for everyone and every age, so please make sure your learners choices match their age and grade. Talk through the different choices they have for learning, reading, creating and more. We hope your child has an amazing winter break with Clift Library's 12 Days of Discovery & Making featuring Capstone. And have fun as a family too!
***Note some choice boards contain videos that might have ads and automatically play the next video. Multimedia books also contain informational videos and some activities that may require additional materials, resources and supervision. We recommend that parents/guardians look through the choice boards beforehand to get an idea of what the activities may involve. Readers must get parent/guardian permission before trying any activities.

Grow A Reader - Don't Let Skills Slide
Students can experience learning losses over holiday breaks. Stepping away from school resources for too long can weaken a student's reading, thinking, and learning skills. So, Clift's Library has online resources to help scholars continue to read and learn during school breaks. The librarian has located or created these documents with a few ideas to keep scholars reading.
Make sure to check out the BINGO cards. Complete one row or the entire Bingo card. Return it to the librarian in January for a special prize. Use the resources on our Digital Shelves page or in the Slides presentation above to finish the Bingo cards. Don't have a printer, no problem. Just write down the squares you complete on a piece of paper.
