Emily Heller is an Instructional Technology Coach in Fredericksburg, Virginia and is Chair of the Board of Directors of VSTE, the Virginia Affiliate organization of ISTE. Emily taught both middle and high school mathematics, before moving into instructional coaching roles as a math specialist and now an EdTech Coach. She has been an innovator and leader in both instructional coaching and professional learning in her division and throughout the state of Virginia, most recently as the co-founder of the VSTE Certified Coach Program, a collaborator on the ActiVAtEd Learning Podcast series, and a presenter at conferences across the country such as FETC, TCEA, VASCD, and VSTE. Emily’s passion is supporting student success through teacher growth, and she is an advocate for instructional coaching and making learning fun for teachers and students!
