Brian Brown, PhD has over 25 years experience working in K12 and higher education and for the majority of his career has served as a leader in the areas of data and technology. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Duncanville ISD.
Dr. Brown has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Computer Education Association for nine years and is currently serving as the President.
He earned his Bachelor in Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and his Masters in Education and Doctor of Philosophy in Education from the University of Oklahoma. He is married to his wife Casey and they have twin girls attending college at Johns Hopkins and Emory Universities.

Lydia Croupe, Ed.D., is a dedicated educator with a passion for empowering others through learning and positive change. With over 20 years of experience in education, Lydia has served as a High School English Language Arts teacher, Instructional Technology Specialist, and Instructional Technology Coordinator. Currently, she is a Professional Learning Coordinator for Irving ISD. Additionally, Lydia is on TCEA's Board of Directors.
Throughout her career, Lydia has focused on integrating technology into the classroom and providing professional development to educators. She has presented at numerous conferences, including TCEA, ISTE, and TETL. Lydia is also a Google for Education Champion-Trainer and Innovator.
Lydia holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. Her experience in supporting PK-12 campuses and working collaboratively with various departments has honed her leadership and presentation skills. She is committed to supporting educators and fostering a love of learning.

Mark Patrick has dedicated over 20 years to the field of education, serving in various roles such as teacher, adjunct professor, instructional technology director, and CTO. Mark is currently the CTO in Crane ISD in West Texas. He holds a bachelor's degree in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin and a master's degree in Instructional Technology. Currently, he is in the research phase of his doctorate, focusing his dissertation on the effects of integrated professional development on teacher self-efficacy.
Mark is deeply involved in shaping educational technology at a broader level. A nine-year veteran of the TCEA Board of Directors, he currently serves as Finance and Records Chair. His expertise has also been called upon by the Texas Education Agency (TEA), where he has contributed to workgroups focused on writing new Technology Applications TEKS, evaluating instructional materials, and developing TEKS Guides for Technology Applications courses.
