ChatGPT - ChatGPT is a natural language processing tool driven by AI technology that allows you to have human-like conversations and much more with the chatbot. Currently, it is limited to things that happened by the end of 2021. The language model can answer questions and assist you with tasks like composing emails, essays, and code. GPTGO - A free tool that combines Google search results and displays more answers by free ChatGPT. To see its real power, try this search: "What is the best instructional strategy to use with ESL students?”
GPTionary – Free thesaurus with ChatGPT. This is a good tool to use with students for vocabulary development.
GPTZero - This free site lets you check text to see if it was created by a human or AI. Please note that it is not always reliable.
Freepik AI Image Generator - Free tool that takes your words and creates an image from them. Requires registration.
Scribble Diffusion - Turn your sketch into a refined image using AI with this free (and fun!) tool. Good for check-in's with students, main idea concepts, and vocabulary development.
Animated Drawings - This cool site takes a child's (or adult's) drawing and animates the character in it. It can then be uploaded to social media or downloaded. The tool requires no registration and is free.
Starry AI - Transform your description into a variety of art pieces with this free tool.
Zoo - See what your prompt looks like in several different image creators at the same time.
Tome - Tome is a website that uses AI to generate presentations. It is a combination of ChatGPT and DALL-E 2, as it draws text from the former and images from the latter. Free (limited number of tomes allowed) or $8/month.
Synthesia - AI video creation platform. Have ChatGPT create a script with three actors and paste that into Synthesia. $30/month for personal plan.

Librarian AI - Discover your next favorite book effortlessly with the help of AI. Simply choose your three favourite books and let AI suggest personalized recommendations tailored to your reading preferences. No login or registration is required; free.
Parlay and Parlay Genie - Parlay allows teachers to set up virtual round table discussions with students; it's very powerful. Parlay Genie is an AI-powered discussion prompt generator. Both of these offer a free version that contains pretty much everything you would need and they provide Google Classroom Integration, Google Sign On, and Microsoft Sign On. Conker - Need a quick formative or summative assessment? Use Conker to make fast quizzes that can be differentiated by question type, grade level, and more. Also, it has the ability to create reading comprehension questions. And it’s free. Teacher registration is required.
Curipod - This tool uses AI to create interactive lessons filled with creativity, reflection, and critical thinking using polls, word cloud creation, open questions, drawings, and Q&As to capture student voices. Teacher registration is required. The free plan offers five private Curipods with unlimited participants; Premium provides unlimited pods at $7.50/month.
Lesson Plans AI - This site will create complete lesson plans for you. While it does not include state standards at this time, those are supposed to be added later. There is a free trial available; after that, it is $19/year for up to 100 plans.
QuestionWell - This amazing and free tool has you input a reading passage, and the AI will write Essential Questions, Learning Objectives, and aligned multiple choice questions. Then it can be exported to Google Forms, Canvas, Kahoot!, and more.
Would You Rather Question Generator - Complete a form with your grade level of choice, topic, and preferred question type and then you can see the generated questions from the prompt. You can download the questions for your use.
SchoolAI - Save hours of time you normally spend on emails, marking homework, lesson plans, ideas, creating quizzes, brainstorms, reports, and more with the help of this tool. It has a limited free program, but is $120/year for unlimited access.
Quiz Wizard - Personalized quiz and flashcard content for educators. The tool is free, but is best used with secondary students.
Wisdolia - This free Chrome extension creates auto-generated flashcards from any YouTube video, web page, or PDF.
Trivvi - This site will take content you share with it and create three or five questions from the content. Students can then play a game to answer online. The Basic version is free, with more features in the paid Pro version for $5/month. Check out this example I created on the Battle of the Alamo.
TryItOn - Professional headshots from your existing photos. $17/for approximately 100 photos.
Elicit - Free AI research assistant.
Dad-J: Modern Calorie Tracker - This free iOS app blends real-time human and AI coaching to help you meet your nutrition goals. Track your food, fitness, and mindfulness habits so you can learn from them, change them, and achieve your health goals. The basic plan is free; additional features are available for $19.99/year.
BarGPT - Give it your ingredients and this tool will help you mix up a delicious cocktail.
Futurepedia - Stay current with new AI tools with this free and searchable site.
