2. Support for TCDSB use of the Lexia Intervention is based on the evidence provided in this form. It is important to note that Lexia is an intervention that can support the reading program provided by teachers. 

3. Note: Student Lexia Licenses requested through this form are only valid for this academic year.  Applications will need to be resubmitted on an annual basis, if required.
