Historical Maps of Antigua
Gathered into one place by Dr. Susan Lowes
Gathered into one place by Dr. Susan Lowes
These are maps of Antigua from the 1700s, 1800s, and 1900s, collected from various sources. Some are smaller images taken from different websites and some are larger images that I own. Some come in more than one version and size, like the Baker and Camacho maps. All the maps are here for those interested in Antiguan history for research purposes and are not for commercial use. Sorry, but right now there are none for Barbuda but I plan to add them next. Not included here are maps of the Caribbean and the Leewards that include Antigua as one of many islands. For those, check the links to the maps sites listed below
I put the collection together using Google Sites, with images stored on Google Drive. Most of the maps will load a larger version when you click on it but the really large .tiff images must be downloaded to view them. I have included links to the original source if the maps are not from my own collection.
