The AL & TESOL Language & Technology Research Group presents the Artificial Intelligence Research in Applied Linguists (AIRiAL) Conference at Teachers College, Columbia University. The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for scholars and researchers to discuss ideas and explore interests in the wide-ranging field of Applied Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence. Scholars, teachers, course developers, and researchers in the field of Applied Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence are invited to present their research and ideas exploring the relationship between Language Research and Artificial Intelligence that align with our conference theme, every year. The theme for AIRiAL 2023 Conference is "The Future of Artificial Intelligence in Applied Linguistics".
