On 17 November 2025, the Youth Empowerment Programme successfully hosted its workshop titled “From Debits to Dreams: Your Guide to Financial Fun.” The session was facilitated by Mr. Lim Kah Hwi, a TAR UMT Accounting lecturer, together with Ms. Nabilah Zulkifli and Ms. Adilla Tajarahim.

The workshop welcomed 19 enthusiastic youths and 6 chaperones, giving them an accessible and enjoyable introduction to basic financial concepts. Participants learned about the pathway to becoming a chartered accountant, the importance of cash budgeting, and how to use AutoCount for simple accounting tasks. The programme offered practical tips and guidance to help young people manage their finances and explore future opportunities in the field.
