Spiral Camp is an affordable weekend retreat led by Sebastian Grubb and Shira Yaziv. It's a unique gathering and workshop, blending multiple physical modalities and training strategies. Improve your movement quality, learn new skills, embody functional anatomy, and meet others who love expressive, dynamic movement.

Presenting the January 2022 Teachers!

This Winter Camp all sessions will be led by Sebastian Grubb and Megan Lowe. We are thrilled to have Megan joining our teaching team, bringing her incredible skill and experience with acrobatic dancing and architectural movement! Shira is likely not be able to attend/teach this year as the event is too close to her giving-birth due date.

Sebastian Grubb

Sebastian is stoked we can all gather again to move together! He'll be leading classes in grounded contemporary dance, contact partnering, functional anatomy, and evolved fitness. Learn more: bodywagging.dance and sebastian.fit
