Clarence Koh is a brand, marketing, and communications strategist with over 20 years of experience building and transforming some of Malaysia's most recognised brands. He has held senior leadership roles across multiple international creative agencies, leading integrated marketing and creative work across QSR, FMCG, and financial services — with mandates spanning Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Across these engagements, he led brand refresh work for household names including Tealive, Himalaya Salt Sport Candy, and Munchy's, and established brand narratives for some of Malaysia's most loved brands.
Today, Clarence operates independently under EFF8 Enterprise, working with businesses at the intersection of brand strategy and commercial performance. He currently serves in a fractional brand communications capacity at one of Malaysia's leading QSR groups, and advises brands and agencies on positioning, integrated campaigns, and marketing effectiveness.
His focus is practical: helping organisations close the gap between what their brand stands for and how it actually shows up in the market. Beyond client work, Clarence is committed to building marketing capability in Malaysia — conducting training on brand thinking, communication strategy, and client leadership.
