Welcome to the Libby O. Cohen Library at Tandem Friends School

Our mission is to enrich the Tandem community with a library that is open and welcoming to everyone. By combining our print resource collection with new technologies, we partner with students, staff and families as we read for pleasure and knowledge, explore our world, and create products that will help solve global problems and enrich our lives.

Students may check out up to four books at a time, which are due back in 21 days. Students may receive permission to check out more than four books in special circumstances, such as Winter Break or a large, in-depth project. Unless a hold has been placed on a book, renewals are encouraged​.​

We do not issue overdue fines, but families must pay the replacement cost for lost or severely damaged books.
