MISSION
The Latino Medical Student Association Pre-med Latino Undergraduate Society strives to unite and empower pre-medical students through service, mentorship, and education to advocate for the health of the Latino community. Our vision is to unify pre-medical students to promote Latino health. Some of the purposes of LMSA PLUS include:

To advocate for the representation of Latinos in the medical field.
To educate pre-medical students on Latino health issues.
To promote equality among Latino health professionals and Latinos in our society.
To provide the resources necessary to help undergraduate students to matriculate into medical school.
Unify all Latino pre-medical students in one organization to build each other up.
Contribute to the well-being of economically disadvantaged communities through volunteerism.
To provide leadership opportunities for Latinos.
