Controlling DC Motor movement using gesture input from Microsoft Kinect Sensor
The proposed mechatronic system is run by AT Mega 2560 micro controller. Tracking of different human hand movements are done using a Microsoft Kinect sensor. Hand movement tracking information is used as an input to run 2 DC motors. Several LEDs are used for visual feedback. The quadrature encoders attached to the motors helps me to obtain the angular speed output.
