Bio

In my graduate studies, I focused on biomaterial development for cellular agriculture applications, more specifically scaffold fabrication and serum-free media development for bovine muscle cells. Currently, I am working on fabricating and characterizing hydrogels for microbial preservation, and our primary goal is to develop formulations to enhance the stability of cells under extreme conditions.
