Privacy Policy
Last updated September 23, 2026
The short version: Dartball Scorekeeper doesn't collect anything about you.
There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your device. I never see your teams, your players, your games, or your stats.
Dartball Scorekeeper saves the following on your device, and only on your device:
Teams, including names, colors, and home venues
Players, including names, nicknames, and jersey numbers
Leagues and their rule settings
Games, play-by-play records, box scores, standings, and statistics
Your app preferences, such as sound and haptics settings
This information is written to the app's own storage on your device. It is not transmitted to me, to Tambo Entertainment, LLC, or to any third party.
No user accounts and no sign-in
No analytics, usage tracking, or advertising identifiers
No advertising, and no selling or sharing of information with anyone
No location data
No access to your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
Dartball Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple. Apple handles the entire transaction. I never see or receive your name, payment method, or billing address — only anonymous confirmation from Apple that a subscription is active on your device, which is what unlocks the paid features.
Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the iOS Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions.
If you have turned on Share With App Developers in iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Analytics & Improvements, Apple may send me crash reports and aggregate performance data about this app. Apple controls that, it is anonymous, and you can turn it off at any time in that same screen. The app itself does not include any separate crash or analytics service.
If you are using a beta version through TestFlight, Apple additionally collects crash logs and any feedback you choose to send, as described in Apple's TestFlight privacy notice.
The app can turn a box score into a text recap you can share. That only happens when you tap share, and where it goes is entirely up to you — the app hands the text to iOS and doesn't send it anywhere on its own.
Dartball Scorekeeper is a general-audience app. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because nothing is collected or transmitted, there is nothing for a parent or guardian to request the deletion of beyond the data on their own device.
Because everything lives on your device, you have complete control over it:
To back it up, use the backup option in the app's Settings, or include your device in an iCloud or computer backup.
To delete everything, delete the app. Its data is removed with it.
Deleting the app also means the data is gone for good, so back it up first if you might want it later.
If a future version of the app adds features that involve sending data off your device — for example, syncing a league across several devices — this policy will be updated before those features ship, and the app will tell you what is being shared and give you the choice. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
Questions about this policy, or about privacy in the app, can go to ryan@tamboentertainment.com.
