Yoga and Me:

I have employed Yoga in my own life for the past 20 years. I enjoy this ancient practice that connects the mind, body, and spirit through poses, mindful breathing, and meditation. I have been teaching Yoga since 2017 (qualified Level 1 teacher with Byron Bay Yoga Centre).

About my classes:

The gentle exercise of Yoga has many health benefits including improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and bone density, better posture, increased joint mobility and better lymph drainage. Doctors and nurses love Yoga because studies indicate that it can help in preventing many diseases as it has been shown to lower the blood pressure, reduce sugar levels and regulate the adrenal glands, resulting in reducing the effects of mental and physical stress.

Join a class now and give yourself the gift of Yoga. In my classes the focus is on correct alignment and moving safely into and out of poses. Students are encouraged to progress slowly and steadily through a sequence of poses. The classes are suitable for beginners.
