This programme is specifically aimed at the Youth, from ages 16 – 18 years. The aim of this programme is to provide the candidates with the skills and knowledge required to enter the Hospitality Industry as a Barista, Sever, and Waiter in a commercial food environment, such as quick service restaurants, cafes and full service restaurants.
Content includes relevant and required skills in customer service and basic sector skills. Standards selected will enable candidates to have skills and applied knowledge to function within an entry-level position within the food and beverage industry.
Successful graduates will be able to gain access to further training/or entry-level employment within short service cafes, restaurants and similar environments.
