Opens: Monday, September 23 at 7:00 am
Closes: Tuesday, October 10 at 2:30 pm
Students register for Future Ready Day through their Skyward account. Students may register on their own, but all students will be provided time to register in ACGI/AP Government classes.
Students do not come to school; they can schedule their interview or job shadow at any time.
Students taking the ASVAB will report to room C112 at 7:40. They will be dismissed when they finish the test, usually around 10:45. If they do not have a way to get home, they can do homework in the classroom until lunch. ASVAB Info.
Report to the Learning Commons at 7:40. School staff will be available when you need help, but generally this is a work day to get applications done. Students are required to stay until lunch.
Students may visit a college campus of their choice with a parent or guardian.
Seniors who want to go on this field trip need to sign up in the Future Ready Center. On October 25 at 7:40, students will report to their assigned classroom for attendance. A list of what room students are in will be posted on the bulletin board near the student store by October 24. Students going to college campuses will be walking outside, so they should bring a jacket/umbrella. Students may want to bring water/snack. Register and view the list of colleges/universities.
Students who have Running Start classes do not need to report to the THS campus that day. Part-time students need to sign up for the "attend my Running Start classes" option so they are not marked absent. If a Running Start student would like to participate in Future Ready Day, they should stop by the Future Ready Center to sign up.
PSSC students attend PSSC classes. PSSC students are excused from school until the time they need to catch the bus to PSSC/report to PSSC. Students who ride the bus to school will go to study hall until the bus leaves.
