Mission Statement

The Teachers’ Association of Cheektowaga-Sloan is committed to unifying its members through a collaborative and inclusive structure that finds value in the individual and strength in a common voice. TAC advocates for the needs of our members, students, and community through collective bargaining to improve benefits and working conditions, district accountability for a proper learning and professional teaching environment, and relationship building with parents and the community.
