Shortlisting is the process of identifying the candidates from your applicant pool who best meet the required and desired criteria for the job opening.
The Recruiter will schedule interviews with the preferred candidates, using eRecruitment. The candidate and panel members will receive an email notification which includes the interview details and a calendar invitation. An additional Interview Schedule can be created and should be shared with panel members prior to the meeting date.
Panel members will provide feedback for each applicant they interview. The Chairperson will save the preferred candidates' interview documents when they complete an Interview Evaluation. Once pre-employment checks are complete, they will submit their "final recommendation". This will trigger the approval process.
