International Youth Jubilee Pilgrimage

• Monday, 21 July - Friday, 8 August

Sydney Catholic Schools will be offering 30 staff the opportunity to attend the International Youth Festival in Rome as part of the Year of Jubilee 2025. 

Travelling for approximately 19 days, the pilgrimage will visit Milan, Florence, Assisi and Rome. In Rome, all pilgrims will participate in the Youth Festival, a series of young adult celebration events across 7 days. The pilgrimage will conclude with a 3-day retreat in Domus Australia. 

The SCS pilgrimage group will travel together with a pilgrim group of young adults from the Archdiocese of Sydney, led by Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP. Daily Mass will be offered throughout the pilgrimage.

The application process will commence in November 2024 and will conclude by the end of Term 1 2025. Any person who is employed by SCS who has not received a subsidised pilgrimage or immersion experience in the past may apply. The co-contribution will be $3000.00 per pilgrim.
