SWR iiQ Ticketing

IncidentIQ (iiQ) is the district's new ticketing platform, allowing us to assist with issues in a timely manner.

Below are some quick instructions for getting you signed into the system, but for more information, please visit:

Access to the system just requires your district username and password

Once logged in, you will be presented with your dashboard. From here, you will be able to see if we have any service issues via the Status Board, or you can create a ticket, via the New Ticket button.

Entering a ticket is simple! After pressing the New Ticket button, you are presented with easy to follow options to suite the request you may have.

These options will be evolving over time, so while you may not see the ticket option now, it may be there later!
