Make sure you are using a modern browser like Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. It will NOT work on older versions of internet explorer.

To complete an eCourse in Eduphoria, please click the "Request Credit" button.

Repeat the course and try again.
NOTE: Sometimes there is a wait period before the system will allow you to re-take an eCourse

You must view each page/slide in a course AND complete the quiz successfully for the button to appear. If you skip through and go straight to the quiz, the button will NOT appear.

You do not need to create a new account, but you do need to take it again. Although it says you have already completed the course, it will let you take it again. It will also give you an updated certificate.

DO NOT CONTINUE! The correct course will NOT require payment. The availability of this course is dependent on region 20, so if you don't find a "free" one, then the correct course is not yet available. Check back later for updates or check district announcements.

The TBSI training is only updated every 5 years. If you have completed the course in the last 5 years, simply upload a copy of the certificate from that year.

No, they are two different courses and both must be completed.
