One friendly place for students and teachers to sign in one time and have access to learning applications that you and your students use.
Click on the "Clever Academy" button to learn more about customizing a classroom page for your students, messaging parents, printing badges for students to scan for logging into Clever, and so much more.
Elementary students will now be able to log into their Chromebooks with their Clever badges!*
*Elementary students can still log into Chromebooks with their student ID and password by clicking "Sign in with a different account" on the Chromebook startup screen.
TROUBLESHOOTING LOGIN
If you or your student is having issues connecting to an app through Clever, below are the steps to take to make sure everything is set up correctly.
Step 1 - Chromebook login (Chromebooks only)
Make sure the student is logged into his/her Google account on the Chromebook. If students are sharing devices, this may not have happened.
Step 2 - Clever Login
Step 3 (Students) - Clever Login Details
The username is sw followed by the student's 6 digit student ID number (lunch number).
The password is the student's 8 digit date of birth MMDDYYYY
The student's login info can be found if you enter your student's name in the search window in the top right corner of your Clever Teacher page
Step 3 (Teachers) - Clever Login Details
The username is the Employee number (6 digits and starts with 8).
The password is the teacher's 8 digit date of birth MMDDYYYY
Step 4 - Open Apps in Clever
If you have made sure that each of the above steps was followed correctly, and the student STILL cannot access the app, please contact the Learning Innovations Team.
