Internal add-ons are not installed from the Google Workspace Marketplace™. Marketplace add-ons have some level of security risk since they are mostly provided by third-party developers and businesses. Rather, our add-ons with code are deployed within your organization's Google Workspace™ domain.

SW CloudWorks as well as other businesses, will use Lifetime Deals as a method to raise capital to expedite growth that includes products and services.

SW CloudWorks considers Lifetime Deals as a way to quickly raise capital but realize it comes with a loss of profits over the long term. As we weigh the scales, it is best to limit our generosity in this way.

The cost is $999 USD for purchasing one add-on. We include the Drive Zip/Unzip add-on for free. If you want to buy other add-ons, they are $799 each (20% off). For example, if you buy 3, then $999 + $799 + $799 (a $400 savings when we apply the 20% discount).

The price includes the selected add-ons you want to purchase, standard code for each, copy of digital assets if applicable, as well as recommendations, resource links, and guideline document(s) where needed that includes instructions on how to install internal add-ons. Optionally, SW CloudWorks team members can consult by email or scheduled Google Meet™ for up to 1 hour. Additional hours can be purchased.

Sure. You review the add-ons available. Pick the ones you want to purchase. The first add-on selected cost $999 USD. All other add-ons you want to purchase are reduced to $799 USD each (20% off). For example, if you want 3 add-ons: $999 + $799 + $799 (save $400).

Yes. The license of use allows the Google Workspace organization to let all their users and future added users install these internal add-ons. Plus, not share any of the source code outside the organization so the SW CloudWorks intellectual property can be retained.

We provide support during and after purchases up to verification within your organization's domain since these are internal add-ons. We provide resources for your internal IT team. More specifically, we offer 7 business days of verification support and 10 more days for any bugs that are not Google or admin settings related. Since you have code in your domain, you are free to add your own features. If you rather outsource to us, we can share our Master Service and Statement of Works agreements. 

SW CloudWorks is affiliated and managed by SW gApps LLC (Florida USA). The company is owned and managed by Google Developer Expert (GDE) and Champion Innovator, Steve Webster, who was vetted by Google™. SW gApps LLC has several NDAs with Google™, as well as, trusted testers. The team includes other executives and experts. 

Get Started by contacting us so we can schedule a free 60-minute Google Meet™. During the meeting a demo will be shared (e.g. video, gif, or live demo). A mutual NDA will be sent prior to the meeting. After all questions have been answered, a License Agreement is sent via DocuSign™ that protects SW CloudWorks intellectual property and buyer organization will not share the code outside of organization.

Next, an invoice will be sent. After the invoice is paid in full, SW CloudWorks will provide all material. After delivery, there is no refund since there is no guarantee all delivered material is removed. We require all add-ons to be installed and verified that they work as intended within 7 business days. After the install and verification, SW CloudWorks will resolve any bugs for up to 10 business days. "Bugs" are defined as SW CloudWorks code issue and not a Google™ issue or Admin setting (e.g. disabled APIs). After the 7-day install and verification, and after 10 business days of bug resolutions, the delivery of the add-on(s) are then considered "AS-IS", since the buyer organization is free to make code edits.

Optionally, consulting, feature, or change requests are offered by SW CloudWorks after a Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work(s) are signed.
