Values at Risk: Highway 58 and railroad corridors, Aubrey Mountain sensitive habitats and heritage sites, Dunning Road neighborhood which feeds directly into City of Oakridge Industrial Park
Fewer roads and easily accessed natural features for Potential Control Lines
