Titans, ordering window for AP Exams is now open. Order your exam/s by using the following link (HERE) or by going to the EHS website. Once your order is complete, you are required to pay at the ASB. Each AP exam is $94.00. The deadline to order and pay is March 1st. Late fees will apply after this date. Please READ ALL INFORMATION THOROUGHLY and FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS in order for your AP exam to be processed correctly.

Spring Sports Clearance and Try-outs
Spring sports tryout schedule is HERE. if you plan to play spring sports please register for that sport at eastlaketitans.com, print out the three page Athlete Profile pages, have a parent signature as well as athlete signature. ASB Officer applications are available starting February 1st during lunch in the ASB. You may pick up an application during LUNCH only from Mr. Lopez or Sofia Mendoza(Commissioner Of Elections) or Anais Arguello(ASB Attorney General). Applications MUST be submitted by February 14th by 1:30pm.

Brad Fowler Memorial Scholarship
The Brad Fowler Memorial Scholarship offers a $5,000 scholarship to five to eight high school seniors in San Diego County. A second scholarship of $5,000 can also be earned, provided the recipient remains in good academic standing following the first year of college, for a total possible scholarship award of $10,000.
The nominee must have demonstrated an ability to overcome personal obstacles associated with drugs or alcohol, a strong commitment to athletics and a desire to continue personal growth and development through higher education. There is no minimum GPA requirement, but academic growth will be considered. Click HERE for more information
The EastLake Educational Foundation (EEF) is offering a unique opportunity for a high school student to participate in an internship. You will grow in your knowledge and experience of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) disciplines by supporting STEAM efforts in the community. Soroptimist International - Service Awards
Soroptimist International of Coronado is giving out Service Awards to young women who are dedicated to serving their communities through volunteer work. Applicants Needed: FBI Teen Academy
The FBI San Diego Teen Academy that takes place in the summer for 10th and 11th grade high school students (San Diego & Imperial Counties). Applications are due in March for 10th and 11th grade high schoolers (click HERE for more info).
The Teen/Youth Academy allows high school students an opportunity to get a comprehensive look into today’s FBI during a six-to-eight-hour block of instruction and demonstrations at the field office. Students are provided with several presentations on topics, including terrorism, cyber, public corruption, polygraph exams, evidence response, SWAT, and the day-to-day operations of a typical FBI office.
To Apply: The next San Diego Division Teen Academy will be in the summer of 2019. This academy is open to high school students currently in 10th or 11th grade who live in San Diego and Imperial Counties. San Diego Division will begin accepting applications on March 1, 2019. Are you interested in winning a cash prize for an essay or speech you perform? Topic: Topic: “Is There a Fine Line Between Optimism and Reality?”Applications for the Junior Optimist club oratorical and/or speech contest are due March 1st. You MUST clear your name off the non-privileged list two weeks before any event. Senior Contract, Attendance, library/ASB fines, fundraising debt, Senior contract missing and athletic uniforms or gear owed are all reasons for being placed on this list.

The date has been confirmed, the class of 2019 will graduate on Thursday June 6th at 8:45am at Southwestern College. More important graduation information will be posted HERE as it becomes available. Most of the logistics of graduation will be available by the end of March.

Please submit your senior contract to the MAIN OFFICE. They were due in October so If you have not turned yours in you have been placed on the Non-Privileged list and you will not be able to participate in ANY senior activities(Prom, Grad Nite and Graduation). The list will be updated weekly to reflect the senior contracts turned in. You can pick up a blank one at the ASB lobby or the main office.
Attention parents and seniors! Senior Ads will go on sale as soon as we return from winter break. The deadline to order is Friday, March 1st. Fill out the Senior Ad Order Form (click HERE) and return the top portion to Mrs. Quick in room 203. You can create your own add or you can submit pictures (JPEG and PNG files only) and ideas electronically and have the yearbook design team create an ad for you! Hello Class of 2019!! PTSA wanted to remind everyone that Grad Nite ticket pre-sales start Tuesday October 30th and November 1st we will start selling them at Nutrition break by the Senior lawn on Thursday(Unless it rains, then in room 302) during NUTRITION BREAK. Tickets are $230. A completed registration form must be turned in with payment, click HERE for the form. Don't forget your ticket will include transportation to and from Disneyland, a park hopper ticket and the special Grad Nite ticket for California Adventure where the festivities will take place from 9pm to 2am. If you have any questions about Grad Nite please contact PTSA at email@example.com. EHPTSA. Gradnite is on May 18th, 2019 and you MUST be cleared of the NP list by May 4th.

It's time to order your caps and gowns, announcements and rings for the 2019 school year! San Diego Graduate Supply is proud to be Eastlake High Schools provider for graduation products. You can order online at www.sdgrad.com or walk into our office at 641 El Cajon Blvd. El Cajon, CA 92020. Click HERE for the order form. Each student will be issued a cap and gown by the school that has been previously used. Should you choose to purchase a souvenir cap and gown to be worn at the graduation ceremony instead, you may do so.

In Studio Picture Makeup Info
Boyd Anderson Photography offers to our students and staff the opportunity to be photographed at their studio on the following dates only. If you have never been photographed for this school year - 2018-19, this service is FREE. For more information click HERE. They also offer additional days in the studio for anyone that missed the picture days at school or would like to have their picture retaken. They will produce ID cards from the in-studio day and they will be sent directly to the school for distribution. For security reasons, the ID cards will not be given directly to the students. For lost or stolen ID Cards, a new one can be purchased and printed at the ASB for $5.
Dress Code Reminder

Lost and Found
