If you don't see your teacher choose Kasem
TAB 2-Project Details
You will enter the information you have already prepared for your experiment
Problem statement, materials and procedure etc.
TAB 3-Forms Helper
Two most common forms are risk assessment and human participant
TAB 4- Safety Forms Upload
It's important to fill out these safety forms ASAP
You may be asked to modify your project
See your teacher or Mrs. Kasem in 406 if you need help

This form will need to be signed by you, an adult and a teacher
