- The Aerospace Science Program is designed to acquaint students with the historical development of flight, the role of the military in United States history, and cadet leadership growth. Classroom hours evenly divided between academic and leadership studies.

- Rreview of flight from ancient myths to the space shuttle
- Basic military customs and courtesies
- Basic drill and ceremony
- Basic meteorology
- Atmospheric science
- Principles of flight
- Human limitations in the flight/space environment
- examine regions of the world from geographic, historical, and cultural perspectives in order to increase international awareness and insight into foreign affairs.

Students can earn the following Seals by participating in JROTC / Aerospace Science
Military Enlistment Seal
Students will automatically earn this seal after the completion of 2 years
Student Engagement Seal
This will be based on activities completed outside the regular school day. A verification form needs to be completed and returned to your school counselor.
