Wearing sports kit to school on certain days
In KS3, students currently wear their sports kit to school on days they are timetabled for Games and Dance (not PE). This is to maximise learning time and minimise changing time, as well as reduce the number of bags KS3 students have to carry. To ensure that students look smart on their way to school, and in classroom lessons on these days, students must wear a midlayer or sweatshirt and tracksuit bottoms over their PE, Dance or Games uniform.
For girls Netball, Rounders and Hockey a skort must always be worn. For other games activities, SWBGS leggings may be worn without a skort. Any other black leggings are only acceptable under a skort.
